As an Executive Coach, Leadership Development Consultant, and Author, I help leaders and organizations thrive. I’ve been a trusted advisor and business partner to leaders and leadership teams for 30 years. I’ve helped deliver value-added solutions that drive the most important aspects of the business. Along the way, I’ve established an exceptional track record for enabling leaders and organizations to achieve and exceed their most important goals as they build their teams and drive their business.
I've worked for Fortune 500 organizations and influential technology companies, including Arthur Andersen, Hewitt Associates, ADP, and US Robotics. I started my career working with Sr. Leaders, and I've worked with them every day since, so I understand what's essential to leaders. I've worked in corporate roles and worked locally in the trenches. So I know what it's like to deliver leadership from a 50,000-foot level and how to make impactful decisions in the heat of the moment.
I am passionate about Leadership Coaching and Leadership Development. I have the opportunity to work with innately talented leaders and help them to develop and enhance their leadership capabilities. My leadership book captures much of what I've learned about leadership in the 30 years I've spent working with and coaching some of the most influential leaders in the world.
